I started working on the project in 2019. The main goal of the project is to document the rural Caucasus, man and his environment. In the modern world, rural life is rapidly changing (sometimes disappearing), and I want fix it at the moment. I think I will be working on the project for several years. All photos were taken on the territory of the republics of Dagestan, Ingushetia and North Ossetia-Alania, Russia

Technique

While working on this project, I use Linhof Super Technika V 6×9 and Linhof Master Technika classic. For me, these are very convenient and accurate tools. In some situations when I can’t use a tripod, I can use handheld shootings, which is very important to me.
